This Privacy Notice explains how Sir Fisherman and the Fox Ltd (registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom; company number 15032055 — hereafter “Controller”, “we”, “our” or “Company”) processes your personal data when you visit or use our website or services. We act in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – “GDPR”) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

4 What data we handle, why, and on which legal basis
Contact & general enquiries
- Data: name, e-mail address, message content, optional phone number
- Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(a))
- Purpose: answering questions, customer support
Newsletter & marketing messages
- Data: name, e-mail address, subscription date, engagement metrics
- Legal basis: consent
- Purpose: sending offers, content and promotions you opted in for
Service delivery / subscription
- Data: name, billing address, payment identifier, purchase history
- Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(b))
- Purpose: providing digital products, memberships, invoicing
Technical logs & security
- Data: IP address, browser and device data, event logs, cookie IDs

5 Cookies
We place cookies to:
- remember your login;
- measure traffic (Google Analytics with IP anonymisation);
- run remarketing campaigns (e.g. Meta, Google Ads).
On first visit you can decide, via our cookie banner, whether to allow them. You may change or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
6 Who gets to see your data
We share data only with partners strictly necessary for operation:
- Systeme.io – e-mail delivery & automation
- Stripe / PayPal / Revolut – payment processing
- Google LLC – web analytics & G-Suite (under EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Cloudflare, Inc. – content-delivery network & firewall
Each partner is bound by a written data-processing agreement ensuring GDPR-level protection. Transfers outside the EEA/UK occur only under recognised safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
7 Security measures
- TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit
- Zero-trust server access with multi-factor admin login
- Regular backups and vulnerability scanning
- Access logging and, where required, notification of any personal-data breach to the regulator within 72 hours
8 Retention periods
- Support e-mails: 6 months after the ticket is closed
- Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn or 24 months after last activity
- Invoices & accounting documents: 8 years (statutory requirement)
- Server logs: maximum 26 months
After the retention period expires, data are irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
9 Your rights
You may, at any time:
- Access – learn what data we hold about you;
- Rectify – correct inaccurate data;
- Erase – request deletion (“right to be forgotten”);
- Restrict – pause processing;
- Object – stop legitimate-interest processing;
- Port – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable form.

10 Redress
If you believe we have infringed your rights you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office(ico.org.uk) or with your local supervisory authority. You may also seek judicial remedy before the competent court.
11 Automated decision-making & profiling
We do not engage in automated decision-making. Profiling is limited to non-intrusive marketing segmentation and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.
12 Changes to this Notice
We reserve the right to update this Notice. Any changes will be posted on our website at least 15 days before they take effect. The current version is always available in the site footer.
